April saw Resilience
Communications exhibiting at the annual BAPCO 2009 public safety
and civil contingency exhibition, hosted at the Business Design
Centre in Islington.
Resilience demonstrated a variety of technologies new to the UK
Emergency Services arena including innovative ways of achieving
radio coverage in the most complex environments and the provision
of rapid, simple interoperability solutions. Built into an environmentally
protected case, the Incident Commanders Radio Interface (ICRI) 2PE
can be deployed in less than five minutes from a daysac delivering
an interoperability infill or rebroadcast capability between any
voice communications systems.
Also on display for the first time in the Emergency
Services sector was the full range of powertraveller intelligent
power systems. We
are pleased and excited to announce that Powertraveller Ltd won
the Queen's Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category for
2009, just days before the show, for their portable power range
of products.
